Exchanges, Returns and Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.alfapet.co.nz operated by Alfa Pet.

Exchanges:

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at customercare@alfapet.co.nz with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to: 515C Mt Wellington Highway, Mt Wellington Auckland. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
 

Returns:

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the postal charge for returning the product.
 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting them. If your return is approved, you will be offering a store credit.

 

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
